It’s siesta time for Udang, specifically the Giant Freshwater Prawn or River Prawn! Always remember an important lesson from Ilokano wisdom: “Yánud ti danúm ti matmatúrog nga udáng,” (Roughly: “A sleeping lobster gets carried away by the current”).
